How will I know that my online reservation is confirmed?

Can I modify / cancel my reservation after confirmation?
Yes. You should contact us by the email [email protected], always indicating the booking number. If the canceling occours 48hrs before the booking date we wont will not charge any value . After this period it is charged the amount corresponding to a daily rental.
What documents do I need to present?
1) International driving license, issued more than a year and valid ; 2) Document identification, passport, identity card; 3) NIF for national residentes and companies

What should I do if I have a problem with the vehicle?

What should I do in case of an accident?
You should always contact TORTUGA to comunicate the situation and call the authorities in order to complete the authorities’ documents).
What happens if I return the vehicle after the date / time provided?
The vehicle should be returned to the same time of the pick up (with a tolerance of 1h30m). After this period is charged 1 extra day.
In case of damage or loss, and if I’ve hired SCDW insurance, do I have to liquidate any value?
The SCDW loses validity in cases of neglect, misuse, driving under the influence of alcohol or other illegal substances, tires and damage to the top or bottom of the car.
Fines for parking and other violations of the Highway Code
Parking fines and any breach of the Highway Code are the responsibility of the hirer, who must settle before returning the vehicle.
